We use only the highest quality cosmetic face paints and makeup products. All makeup products are FDA and EU approved for use on the face and body. All are hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial. Paints include anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-mould agents. However, as with any cosmetic product there is a very small chance that they could irritate sensitive skin. If a child has sensitive skin, or allergies, please inform us before they get painted or decorated. We may be able to paint on a less sensitive area on another part of their body. We do not take personal responsibility for allergic reactions.

A clean sponge is used for each face, and all are machine washed between bookings. Brushes are cleaned with professional soap between events and as needed.

Unless directed otherwise all products are easily washed off with soap and water. With some colors (typically red, green, and black) some minor and temporary skin staining is possible. If this occurs, put lotion on, let it sit for a few minutes and wash again. Paint will not survive a bath or shower. If special procedures are required for makeup removal (typically only in theatrical or special effects makeup applications) you will be instructed or assisted with the removal process.

We reserve the right to refuse to paint a person where it is judged inappropriate due to age or behavior. We will NOT paint a child who does not wish to be painted.

We reserve the right to refuse to paint areas on individuals that show symptoms of medical conditions, including, but not limited to: cold sores, open wounds/broken skin, heavy cold with runny nose, conjunctivitis, various infectious skin diseases or infected skin.

Some paints may stain clothes. While we make every effort to be careful, we do not accept liability or responsibility for any damage caused to any person or their property at any time.
